Dr Samia Moizuddin served as Past President of the APPNA Alabama Chapter with dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to community service.
During her leadership, she contributed to strengthening the chapter’s unity, encouraging physician engagement, and supporting programs that reflected APPNA’s mission of service, education, advocacy, and professional collaboration. During her tenure, biannual chapter meetings were held in major cities across the state, with dedicated CME sessions. During those initial years, she helped Alabama maintain quorum, gain a seat at the chapter table, and become a stepping stone to what it has become today.
For over a decade, she has continued to volunteer and serve as a Board member for the free health clinic, which is supported by the APPNA Alabama chapter.
More recently in 2025, she served as CME Chair at an APPNA International trip.
Her efforts helped build a positive foundation for the chapter’s continued growth and inspired members to remain actively involved in serving both the Pakistani American physician community and the broader Alabama community.
